1. Data Collection & Usage
As a mechanical necessity for workflow automation, the extension interacts with following non-personal data:
- Product Attributes: Style IDs, Brands, Colors, and Categories are extracted for processing.
- Activity Logs: Professional performance metrics (products processed per hour) are logged to internal Google Sheets.
- Quality Control: Current URLs are checked to prevent duplicate entries and ensure data accuracy.
2. Authentication & Security
To maintain organizational integrity, the extension utilizes the user's Google Identity:
- Access Control: Your Gmail address is used only to verify that you are an authorized employee of ASL BPO.
- Permissions: Internal system flags determine if user-specific UI controls (Agent vs. Trainee) should be active.
3. Local Storage Handling
The extension uses local storage strictly for functional performance:
- Efficiency Caching: Non-personal data is cached locally to reduce network lag and ensure a smooth experience.
- Auto-Purge: A strict 7-day deletion policy is enforced to ensure no data remains in the browser long-term.
4. Host Scope
The extension is restricted to operate only on https://arrival.miinto.net/*. It remains completely inactive on all other websites to ensure your personal browsing is never affected.
