Thank you for using ASL Floorfy Image Counter & Report Generator ("the Extension"). Your privacy is very important to us. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

        In short: The Extension only accesses data on floorfy.com pages when you use it. We save your work data (image count, employee name, timestamp) to a Google Sheet you authorize. We do not sell your data, display ads, or track you across other sites.
      

1. Information We Collect

The Extension collects and processes the following data only when you actively use it on Floorfy virtual tour pages:

Number of images generated for a specific Floorfy property (publicly visible on the page)
Employee name (you manually enter it or it is saved from previous use)
Timestamp of the report entry
Floorfy property URL (to avoid duplicates and improve accuracy)

2. Google Sheets Integration

When you enable the Google Sheets sync feature:

You explicitly grant the Extension permission (via Google OAuth) to **read and append** rows to a specific Google Sheet you own or have edit access to.
The Extension uses the **read scope** to check for previously logged properties (based on URL) to prevent duplicate entries and display historical data.
The Extension uses the **append scope** to add new, completed work entries to your sheet.
We do not store your Google credentials. Authentication is handled securely by Google.

3. Local Storage Inside the Extension

The Extension stores the following data locally on your device (Chrome's extension storage):

Your work history list (for in-extension viewing and CSV download)
Your preferred employee name
Google Sheet ID (if you configured sync)

This data is only accessible on your device and is removed when you uninstall the Extension or clear browser data.

4. Data We Do NOT Collect

Personal identifiers (email, address, etc.) beyond the employee name you choose to enter
Browsing history outside of floorfy.com domains
Any photos, videos, or property details from Floorfy tours
Analytics or usage tracking
Third-party advertising or tracking pixels

5. Permissions Explained

storage – To save your settings and work history locally
https://*.floorfy.com/* – To read the image count from Floorfy pages
https://sheets.googleapis.com/* – To **read and append** data to your Google Sheet (optional)
downloads – To allow one-click CSV report download

6. Data Security

We use industry-standard encryption for all communication with Google Sheets (HTTPS + OAuth 2.0). No data is transmitted to any server we control — everything goes directly from your browser to Google or stays on your device.

7. Children's Privacy

The Extension is not intended for use by children under 13 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available at this URL and the "Last updated" date will be revised.
